Alphatec Nordeste

Completed a Patent & Know-How License Rights Agreement, whereas Northstar grants Alphatec the exclusive license to Northstar’s intellectual property (“IP”), within the territory of Brazil, to design, manufacture, construct and sell towers using the IP.
